On Valentine’s Day we love to shower our loved ones with presents, but we can also show our love by doing something fun together. And what’s more romantic than cooking and eating together?
A plant-based Valentine’s dinner can be extremely delicious. We made some nice, simple recipes to go on our Valentine’s menu – because you don’t want to spend the whole day in the kitchen on this day of love!
We begin with a light starter, this wonderful Red Beet Soup, exactly what you need to warm up yourself and your partner.
The evening gets a little exotic with our Southern Quinoa Pilaf. An easy to prepare main course, with the perfect flavors to imagine yourself in a more southern atmosphere.
Of course we like to end with something pure and sweet. Chocolate raspberry cupcakes with chocolate strawberries… A great start of a lush and happy Valentine!
