  • 150 gr blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 300 ml plant based milk
  • 100 gr yofu
  • 5 tbsp oatmeal


Mix all these ingredients in the blender and enjoy!

Tip: add plant based milk to make your smoothie more liquid.
