Sara blogs, cooks, bakes and writes a magazine and gives workshops for De Groene Keuken. She’s been vegan for 3 years now (after 12 years of being vegetarian). The only thing she regrets is not becoming vegan earlier. She’s also an activist for Bite Back and supports other vegan organizations. Sara tries to live as green as possible, together with her husband Jo and their 2 dogs Nick and Lenni. She feels at her best when she’s experimenting in the kitchen, trying new things with her favorite ingredients going from potatoes to kale and from apples to blackberries. She also has a slight addiction to vegan cookbooks… The recipes you’ll find here are all inspired by her cookbook collection, Pinterest,…. Or just by what she found in her fridge!
